HIPER rims help needed

Hey everyone I need a little help.

I got a new set of Hiper rims and I am running tireballs as well. Well now that I got the tireballs inflated I can't for the life of me get the front rims on tire. I just need to get the first bead on..... HELP

Tomorrow I will go to work on the rear rims and I'm sure I will stuggle there too...

i dont know about tireballs. usually hipers are an ease to change tires

Trust me the video on their site is no help when actually doing it.

Is no one using Hiper rims and running with tireballs?
