well my new cable came today so im gonna put it on tommrrow and i dont want to melt this one! so what do i do with it. i think it only can go through the middle of the headers so is ther any special stuff i can put on there to keep the heat from my LRD from melting it. or should i try to zip tie it into the middle of the 2 pipes so it dosent touch any. i would rather find someting to put on there though.

im confused how a clutch cable comes close to your exaust????? If you route it the same way form stock it shouls be perfectly safe.
Were did it melt?

All I did was take a piece of metal wire tie and string it around the cable and then to the solid oil line tube. Keeps it away from the pipe!!!!
