does any live near dunkirk IN? the reason i want to know is my friend bought a ps3 off of ebay and the guy said he doesnt have any left so he would order one in and should be here with in a week and the guy said he was having problems with his suplier so a month went by and nothing and the guy said it would be there in 2 weeks for sure and its still not here i told him to report it to paypal but its past 45 days. if any of you guys do live near there pm me and ill give you his name.

i dont live near there but a guy where i live did this to a guy on ebay with an xbox. the guy who bought it never recieved it and reported it to the police and the guy who sold it ending up getting sued and had to sit some jail time.
