Hyper-white bulbs ?

Has anyone ever used hyper-white bulbs that have the bluish tint. where would i find something like this and would it work. Also is there anyway to attatch neons under the fenders or something and where would i find something like this - thanks

i would like to know also. are they brighter than the stock light? my local honda shop has them. never took a close look at them though.
