I hope someone knows how to rememdy this...

I can plug my iPod into my computer and it will charge, but iTunes wont register that its been plugged in.

Does anyone know how I can make iTunes realize my iPod is plugged into it?

I re-installed iTunes completely, and it still wont work right.

Someone please help me!:(

Try a different USB port on your computer??? Or does your computer recognize it, but Itunes doesn't?

mine does that sometimes too, you have to hit the Update button when you are on the Sync screen then wait for it to download the latest version of Itunes and it should regognize it, it worked for me anyway:cool:
