250r a-arms on 250x/300ex questions!!!!!!

what do you guys do about puting the 250r a-arms on the 300ex/250x i was wondering what the stock arms what lenght it gives you i heard it plus 2 is that a total of plus 2? or plus 2 on each side?

also has anyone done 250r +1 or +2 arms or extended travel if so how wide oes it make the 300ex/250x? what is beter to use +1 or +2 and what would i have to be running for shocks?

also about the 250r fornt end 300ex/250x front end conversion is it better to use the 400ex stock shocks or 250r shocks? also does the 250r stock shocks have rezzies?

i forget but its like 2 inches and 1 inch something another.. like its 2 out n 1 forward or 1 out and 2 forward.. i forget. but i did this mod on my bike n totally dig it.. gives dramatically turning radius. like i can turn the wheel all way far as it goes n give it full gas n it'll turn whole back around while keepin that one wheel in same spot. im using stock front shocks although im light weight, i weigh anywheres from 125-130 lbs it varies in that range. i wouldn't know the comparison betwen the 250r and 400ex a arms/shocks.. im soon to upgrade my front shocks just for the curiousity of it. ball joints on 87 250r are adjustable. best mod i done on my bike.. so far.
