Little help...
Hey guys I have been out of the loop as far as riding go's for about 2 years and I need alittle help. I'm looking at two 400ex (what I used to have before I stopped riding)One is a 1999 with low hours but it needs a couple things here and there and the kid wants 2200 bucks and he is keeping the back wheels and tires so it has steel wheels and crappy three wheeler tires on the back so that seems like bull to me cause its 9 years old. The other one is a 2002 400ex with a white bro's pipe, twist throttle, jetted carb hand guards renthal bars. It seems to be in decent shape (judging by the pictures) and he wants 2200 as well however he "removed the back brakes so he wont flip on a hill" to me that sounds sketchy and its three hour drive away. Can someone shine some light as to what you think these are worth.

Thanks

they both look to be in decent shape but the price for the 99 is high IMO, id personally go for the 2002 looks to be in better shape and comes with the stock wheels and back brakes are a dime a dozen, but id say with out seeing the 02 in person id give him $1700-$1900 this is my personal opinion though.
