I just got a set of Razr front 20x6x10's. They don't have an arrow on them showing which way they are suposed to go on. I've been looking at alot of pictures here and some people have them one way and some have them the other way. If you have the Holeshots or Razr's and know which way the are suposed to go, let me know, thanks

You want to mount the Holeshot MX's so it looks like the V-shape in the middle of the tread is pointing forward

i read somewhere that one way helps in turning and the other helps in straight line tracking. i cant remember what way does what. i believe the way 1krazyquadridr said is better for turning, but dont hold me to that.

the best way is to put one the V way and the other, the other way:macho

lmao exriderdude, me and my friend were just joking about that, and I also was just looking at a Jerimiah picture that pretty much made up my mind on which way to put them.

Thanks for the help, I was just trying to get peoples opinions on what the difference is. I really don't think it matteres, but I was still interested.

I ran mine the correct way for a long time till they wore down..after I started to loose traction I turned them around to see if it helped and it did..

There is a difference when you mount the tires. One direction will make the quad corner better. The opposite will make it brake better. This why you see the tires mounted both ways. Most riders ride with the V forward.

i rode both, they are pretty much the same, so i switch them off every 3 rides to even out wear, lol

At the High Point national I used my friends wheels and tires, and I had one goin each way...so if you cant decide make each one face opposite, lol.

then u get the best of both worlds, braking and turning, lmao

i think i figured out why some of the pros mount the holeshot mx's in opposite directions. they mount all their tires on all their wheels the exact same way. this way , it doent matter which side they put them on , they come out being exactally the same all the time. follow me? now when they practice they get to know how the bike feels with those tires on like that all the time and it feels like the norm and they dont have to worry about having fresh right tires or fresh left tires ready. if u look at some of the pros bikes ( w/ the tires in opposite directions ) and imagine taking the tires off and swapping the left and the right side, u will realize that they are the same as beforehand. just what i think , im open for suggestions though unlike some people in this forum. i personally have mine on the opposite of that nice 250r but my left side is wearing quick becuase one of my ball joints threads is messed up. but im about to swap them.
