pro circuit header

i have a 07 z400 with the t-4 slip slip on and i was wondering if getting the header would help any? half the people are telling me no its not worth it and the other half are telling me thats where all the power is at, im gonna be racing alot this year mx and hs, would that header give me top or bottom end?

alright, cause a few people were tellin me it has the same diameter of a stock header but i seen on the one website though it will give me 3.5hp increase so idk cause

You wont tell a difference. but it might add some extra power
