when we removed the starter, we also removed the resister.
I think we have like 10 wires now on the whole quad.
Nice work on the swinger!
Does the toggle activate the starter?
If so, can you engage it then put the toggle back in the 1st position? Just curious as to how the toggle works!

yes you move the switch forward to activate the starter then when it is running pull it back to stop the starter

Hey guys... Just thought I'd chime in here. Go to any Hi performance VW/Buggy shop for your switches. They have toggles just for starting that return to their original position after you release. They also have a rubber boot to weather proof 'em.

Also, Shopping for a new mini for my stepdaughter. Would like to find a dealer here in Tucson, AZ. so I can take a closer at these Bikes. She's coming off a Predator 50 and We strictly dune. Can somebody pm me some info on what size DRR would be suggested and if anybody has duned them?

good job on that part.if you put a square wedge from the shock mount to the back bar it will fix that problem.we had to redo one because we didnt .then you will have to put a bar from the chain side of the swing arm to where the cross bar mounts to the frame.just trying to save you money it took us 3 till we fixed it all.

for strictly dunes ? we live in fl but id say a 70, possibly a 90 depending on how old or how big she is i know here in the sugar sand we have but no hills any of them seem fine, but for the dunes more might be better,
