installed a oko26mm carb on 125 typhoon. it dies when pushing throttle in to fast. need some help. tried adjusting everything but changing the pilot jets, have some coming in the mail. any tips or suggestions? thank you so much

also pilot jet says k50 on it. trail bikes has a kit for it but they dont go to a 50

if it is a sputter to rich move the clip down on the needle, if it just fall flat its too lean move the clip on the needle up a couple of clips.

If it is too rich you have to raise the clip to lower the needle and if it is too lean you lower the clip to raise the needle.

ive moved the clip in every position, still dies. air screw is out 1.5 turns. could the pilot jet be to big? hopefully i'll get them in in a few days. thanks

pilot controls 1/4, needle 1/4-3/4, main jet 3/4 to full throttle.

OK so what does it mean when you punch the throttle from zero to full and hold it ,and it boggs to the point of stalling but if you do the same thing slowly if revs fine.

First Take carb off quad second remove two bottom screws third take out piolet jet. Fourth take out main jet. Fith take out needle jet .Sixth replace cover and two screws. Seventh bring carb to closest bottle redemption store, they will give you 5 cents for it . Eighth take 5 cents you made money on the deal and buy a new keihin carb and dont look back cause now your way ahead .

You need a larger pilot jet.
