Hi everyone-
Anyone have any Yamaha Blaster cylinder(s)?

I have one with a head too that's sitting in the garage, I bought a blaster basketcase and it came with it. It may need a bore and definitely a hone, but it appears to never have been rebuilt and just needs a minor cleanup on the exterior. Make me an offer, I'll let it go cheap!

Ok-what is the bore measurement or the number off the top of the last piston it used? Thanks so much.

I honestly have no idea since it never had a piston and was a spare cylinder. Just by looking at it, it looks like it wasn't rebuilt before and I think the previous owner may have ruined the last piston from running lean but the cylinder is not scratched or gouged. I'd take $35 shipped for it if you're still interested.

Ok-that's a fair price but if it's max bored it is no good at all.Do you have a photo of the bottom of it?I might be able to tell by looking at the meat left on the steel sleeve. Thanks again.

I took a few pics for you and I also tried a 67mm piston I had sitting around. Stock is 66mm if I'm not mistaken and the 67mm is to large to fit into the cylinder with the rings on the piston, so I'd guess it's anywhere from a 66-66.75mm bore. The cylinder can be safely bored to a 68mm, I believe.
