Ive got a 440kit on my kfx, and i was wonderin if I added a new cdi hot cams and a bigger carb if i would be able to beat any of the 450's or would i need to get the higher compression piston.

it does not mater which piston you have in it. IF ,you dont have cams, carb ,intake boot and a cdi, you have only done half of what it takes, in fact its a must , these thing complement one another and if you dont do all of them then why do any of them?

I got it with the 440 in it already, then i found on this site that you had to do the other things to. so am i still gonna be able to beat 450's if I dont run the high comp piston with these things or or will I need it?

if not then you'll know what you have to do, cams and a FCR carb.
and i hope you have a decent pipe.

but dont count on smoking YFZ's
