I am getting ready to put on a primary drive front sprocket and just wondering which way it goes. On one side there is 13 and a clockwise arrow engraved. Is this the outside or inside. I assume it goes towards the outside. Also, which washers do I need to reuse when I put the bolt on. The one with the bolt hole, the bigger washer, or both.

He's got the front one correct.
The rear ones reversed.
