400ex wheels and tires cheap pls

Morning....
I just purchased a used 2000 4ooex that needs a bit of stuff. But I am on a tight budget so the first thing I will buy are wheels are tires. I really don't care what they are as long as they fit, hold air, not too dinged up and cheap. I need all 4.
Please let me know what you have....
