we got a snowday today the roads are covered in ice which makes very bad travel, 6 to 8 inches of snow exepeceted(sp) today on top of the 5 inches we got yesterday wind gusts to 30 mph(hehe that is faster than some of your 4-wheelers) white out condations, it is snowing constantly and it is 20 degrees out side(without wind chill) Ahh welcome to november in maine snow 6 months of the year and the other 6 monthes it is mud guess i got put the plow on the ole' trx 300 4x4
I love the snow, but we only had flurries last night :)

Yup we got a real pounding . A foot and a half of snow woohoo.
I still gotta go to school though which isnt cool but we get like 6 feet of snow a year so you know . Im a true Canadian woot woot

where you from in Northern Maine,.. im from maine and going back in september,.. i cant wait,.. it sucks down here in VA not getting but maybe 1 foot of snow all year. im from NEW PORTLAND, (not anywhere near PORTLAND)

new portland is in the Skowhegan area is int it? i am from the st. john valley(fort kent madawaska) yeah i am pretty sure we get more then 6 feet of snow a year here.

western ky hardly ever gets a lot of snow...ive yet to see a flake so far this year...:mad:

Had about half inch or so this morning on the vehicles when I woke up @ 7 :grr was hoping for about 6 inches! Can't wait to ride in the snow! :D
we got 5 inches for saturday and sunday, but today its melting fast.
i made a 6 foot jump for my gt and im busting backflips on it! :D

We didnt loose to much snow, about a foot still. I need it to warm up, I need to give the quads a wash before it gets too cold out! Can't wait to get my sled out of storage!

it would be -16 degrees F at 20 degrees with windspeed of 30 mph
im doing a graph on the calculations of windchill factor for one of my engineering classes btw math sucks

it was probaly a steady 10mph wind
-16 is not that uncomon for northern maine in the winter

you guys are lucky, so far ive got maybe a millionth of an inch, and last year we only got 6". but this year we are expected to get around 2 feet tops. Maybe i should put my realtors back on, i havent heard good things about razrs in the snow.:confused:

man, it's cold as ***** up here in the top coner of maryland, but it wont snow, dam!t i wish it would.

We've probley had a whole 1/2 inch all year and now it's like plus 5 c out side and it's all going away :grr but anyway i did have some fun in the snow. Winter is the only time i can get the quad to roost any good lol

I love snow [on christmas specials] I love ice [ as long as you buy it in a bag to keep the beer cold] It is supposed to be in the mid 70s for the weekend coming up.
