Adjusting stock springs

What are you guys using to adjust your stock springs? I need to tightin mine up a little.

i just use a spanner i bought from a local dealer. a screw driver and a hammer will also work to loosen and tighten the twisty medal things. haha sorry i dont know what theyre called
