Hi all,

Here's what I done last week-end with old skis and a little bit of black spray paint :

It's not very good looking but it's so much better than these damn wheels in deep snow!

Leave some comments. ;)

Thanks for your comments!

It was easy to do and really good upgrade for the snow, LOT better than wheels in front.

Snowmobile? What's that? lol

I've just took some old skis from a sled, black paint and bolted that up to the front hubs.

Merci, monsieur de la beauce!

Thanks for the comments. ;)

Looks mint, I've toyed with the idea but I never get around to it, besides I ride the MXZ in the snow, and the quads when theres dirt. Good job though

cool pic Scuzz, ski would be a bit nicer on the water. I've come out 90 degrees from the direction I was traveling in when skipping water, it didn't feel so good...

:)

Yeah, a few budies of mine do that e-v-e-r-y time they go riding in Mississippi. They figured out by accident one time creek riding and now they do it every time the weather is warm enough.

The raptor does it easy, the 400EX throws you over the handle bars violently.

That water is about 10' deep about 15' behind where he is in that picture.:eek2:

Because those damn raptors have REALLY light front ends, they probably glide right over the water.

Yeah you should see them as they start slowing down, the frontend starts shaking violently.
