300ex parking brake

on my 03' 300ex i want to take of the parking break..anyone that can show me the steps will be a great help! also iv seen there are 2 styles of block off plates of the caliper,one is round an one is more oval wich can i use?

undo the cable from the lever...go to the back of the bike and take the two bolts out that hold the parking BRAKE onto the rear brake caliper. place the block off plate where the p-BRAKE mechanism used to be. put the 2 bolts back in. now, with that done, follow the p-BRAKE cable and find all the places where it is held to the frame. undo each one as you come to it. some may be bolts, some may be re-useable zip ties, whichever you find undo it and then replace it after you take the cable from it. once you have the cable free from all of it's holders, pull it out the rear.
