Does anyone know if there is a way to turn off the "beep" when the phone comes back into service?

I dont want it to beep in class, but id like to start leaving my phone on in class. If there is a way to turn off that beep, I would love to know...

I could never find a way do that. I would just wind up leaving it in the car during class. I hate nextel, best thing I ever did was switch to sprint for the time being.

Im hoping to switch to Altell here soon.

I hate nextel. The service area is horrible, and my plan sucks.:ermm:

I can not agree more...i broke my phone yesterday to the point it could not be fixed so i had to get a now one...i went with the sprint rumor...the thing is amazing...i can actually type on it and it is soooo much faster.
