My clutch is finally showing signs of deterioration.

What parts will I need to replace... basket, plates, springs, what?

I have the Healm manual. Will I need any special tools to complete the repair?

with those mods..try looking into an aftermarket clutch from Hinson. Otherwise you'll probably just need fiber plates and steel plates. Mainly just the fiberplates because the steel plates don't wear that fast.

If its like my 300 you will also need to by a new center clutch nut. The are staked on the crank shaft and the new one will need to be staked also, the manual should explain it. The manual also says you need a special tool to hold the crank from turning will you try to remove and tighten the nut, but all you need is an air impac ratchet. It will spin the nut right off without haveing to hold the crank still.
So the items you will need are:
#1 Side case gasket
#2 Clutch kit-metal and fiber plates
#3 Clutch center nut

You can get the gasket and clutch kit from Rockymountain pretty cheap. But the nut you will have to get from your local dealer.
the hole job is pretty easy. I think the first time I changed one it took like 1.5 hours.
