250r a arms & axel on a 300ex

I have a 2002 300ex I just picked up. I have heard the 250r a arms and 400ex ones fit the 300. Is this true? If so all I need is the upper and lower for both side and tie rods. Would my stock spindle work with those a arms,and stock shocks for now? If anyone Has done this before and would know every part I need please let me know. And what about a 400 or 250r rear axel? Thanks guys

400ex and 250r axels will not fit.

A 350x axle will, however. I think it's like 1-3/4" wider or something like that. I'd fork out for an aftermarket axle however. They are a LOT stronger than the warm butter stock axles.
