jetting trouble

Hi i am new on here i bought a 400ex it has a stroker kit , fmf pipes, k&n air filter with outer wear, aftermarket powder coated frame

Anyway my bike is cutting out about half throttle. I took the carb off once and cleaned it . It ran great for about a week now its doing the same thing so if you have any suggestions pleas let me know

What's the jetting like? Sounds like it's lean at mid throttle. Have you tried lowering the clip on the needle one slot?
