hey guys, is there any place where I can get replacement O-rings for my cool head on my PC2000 top end? Is Duncan the only place? Or does a place like Napa have them? ALso, part numbers for both of the o-rings would be great. Thanx guys!

For the dome or the head itself? You can get them from Duncan and Baldwin.

The one that I sent with it was brandnew...something wrong?

hey steve, i must have misplaced them..... is that the only place to get them? also, when installing them, how do you get them to stay in the head when installing back on the jug, a little bit of grease?

That sucks..:(

As far as I know those are the only places to get them. You shouldn't need anything to keep them in place.

Steve,
You ever put a Pro-x o ring set beside a set for the PC2000, wonder how close to matching up they would be.
Theres a bearing supply place near me that carrys the red high temp o rings.
I checked with them one time when I was in a tight & needed a set real quick for a Pro-x cylinder, just happened to be out of that size to fit a 330, just my luck I guess.
Name of that company here is, Motion Industries Inc & they have over 600 locations in the USA.
Company name is the same at all 600.

Motion Industries, huh? I bought my counterbalancer bearing from them on my last rebuild over here in WA state, didn't know they carried high temp o-rings...

i just called up Duncan and ordered them, $20! for 2 stinkin O-rings, and then $14 to ship to NJ?! $34 is rediculous for 2 o-rings, there must be a part number on these or some other place to get them for a quarter the price, like at Napa or something. I know when I change the oil filter in My Power stroke diesel it uses High temp o-rings to seal, like 3 of them, and they are no where near that price.

Did you try Baldwin..There located in Ohio. If you did I wish you would have told me that you were going to order from Duncan..I could have helped you out. ;)

I'll see if the bags have the #'s on them. And yes they are being used on a PC 2000 340cc powervalve. Couldn't let myself spend $20 on 1 set of o'rings

$20.00 dont sound that bad I guess.
The 3 piece Pro-x set is $23.95, 2 for the head & one for the dome around the plug.
