I change my exhaust and re-jetted. And when I fired it up it sparks/backfires at little throttle. Is that normal

I did re-jet. I have the sparks full exhaust and filter, open lid box. I re-jetted to a 152 main and 45 pilot.

well just casue you rejeted once it might still not be right. other wise i have no clue whats up. are your vavles adjusted.

a 152 is not big enough if you are dealing with keihin jets. i run a 152 in the cooler months of the year and all i have is a modified airbox lid. i don't know anything about the numbering on the dynojets. on curtis' website he has jetting specs for the 400ex. check that out. i think he says what he recommends for main jet and pilot jet.
