i am looking into buying some a arms soon. my problem is that i ride some trails and also ride some "mx" type conditions. is +2 going to be too wide for most trails? i really want the stability of +2's but don't want to sacrifice not being able to hit the trails. any help would be greaty appreciated.

I hagve a friend that uses his MX ready Z400 with +3s... he does fine. then again the trails we ride are fairly wide but in tighter areas we find away around.

50" is the max around here on the trails I think, but you'll be fine with +2 arms.

You'd have a hard time with 50" where we ride. It all depends on what you do.

You shouldn't have a problem. My yfz is right at 50inches and I like making new trails. :D

I normally don't have a problem in the woods.

Yea, I have a +6 and i get through the trails fine. I mean Idc if I plow through small trees either. Plus I'm rollin on 25X13's in the rear on a stock legnth axle. Plus on the front the hub wall's way in and I have a few washers. idk if ill fit on the jumps here anymore but w/e. Mine stock has the same size front end as a stock 400ex.
