YFZ 450 shocks on a 400 ex. Just got them installed. What is a good starting point for adjustment for fast trail riding. Just trying to get through the whoops faster.

on mine i first added some preload to the springs...then just kinda felt it out from there i dont know what to tell ya....

You can get through the whoops faster with a stiffer setup, but then it affects other areas like corners and jumps.
