I was looking at my pile of new parts for this season and got to thinking about my shocks. Im going to be running GT Thunder stock rebuilds this year. Everyone always talks about shock fading due to the fluid overheating. Would turning the shock around so the rezzie faces forward increase the air flow to the rezzie, resulting in a lower fluid temp? Seems like it would get more air this way and stay cooler. I think the only draw back to this would be the lack of protection, but I dont see me hitting anything so hard my bumper doesn't catch it first.
