Just lookin for your guy's imput on what i have done so far. so what do you think? do you like the red bumper or should i powder coat it black instead? and again with the wheels...black or polished? i am still in need of a good set of plastic. ones i have are sprayed and the paint is coming off and the mounting tabs are messed up. if anyone has anything lemme know.
oh and i can't get it started. i have the timing lined up, getting hot fire and getting good gas. maybe it's where i didn't put tension on the timing chain when i timed it? i put the tensioner in after i put it in time and didn't compensate for the slack. it won't hit a lick at all. no popping, or anything. keyway hasn't slipped on the mag, valves are closing all the way,lobes are down at TDC. only thing i havent done is put some gas in the spark plug hole and then try to fire but i don't want to do that. anything i am missing?:huh
