drz400 carb on 300ex

is it possible bec I have one just siting here. If so I would love to see if it will give me some more power and stop the gas leak I have whenever I wheelie. Thanks

it will work if you want it to . you will need a cable and a thumber to . no promises on whether or not you get more power.
for jetting ,with no air box ,155-160 on the main 25 pj would be my best guess, the choke would more than likely have to be at the carb.
to bad you dont have a dyno to to do a before and after

the only problem I see is on the drz carb the "slide" part that goes up and down in the carb isnt like the one on the 300 carb. On the 300 it moves up by throtle cable but on the drz mawakie carb the cable moves the butterfly and a diaghfram moves the slide. hard to explain but I hope you know what Im saying
