bumper question

does anyone know of any other models that interchange front bumpers with the 400ex? does the 450r's? im wondering because im wanting to buy the IMS Roll classic bumper, but i cant seem to find one for my 400ex. anyone know where i can get one by chance? any info would be greatly appreciated! thanks

Yes, the 450r's will. Try looking on eBay. I always see tons, and there is a bumper like it, but it costs 49.99 where the IMS is 79.99. But just look arond, and you will find some.

I mounted one up off of my wifes old 300ex. Just like when i bought it for the 300ex it needed to be tweaked a little, but went on fairly easy

so a 450r bumper any year will bolt right on my 01 440. also what about the grab bar. Also what else from the 450r will fit the 400ex

sorry, no i dont. im building a hybid from scratch, so i dont have any stock parts to trade unfortunately. :-(

400's do not have a detacthable grab bar. i have heard of people using 250R sub frames though and getting grab bars for them.
