i have asked a few vendors about the 06-07 490 bore and they claim its 100mm.then i found the 510 bore and they also said that it is 100mm bore. anyone have any info?

for it to be a 510cc bore, it would have to be a 102mm piston, not a 100mm.

i agree 100%,but like i said the vendor claim other vise or are not informed

yeah, i seen that when i was searching for some insight on this. i hope they are just misinformed, and not tryig to sell a 490 as a 510 lol

If you are thinking of going big bore, make sure you check out Dasa's Billet w/steel sleeve cylinders. Very top notch stuff!

We may run one on our bike
