Magura clutch from 450 to 400

I have a chance to purchase a magura clutch from a honda 450 before its traded in.
Would this fit my 03 ex400 without any mods.
The buddy with the clutch (different state so I cant compare) no longer has the model # and I don't want it if it wont fit up.

When I bought my clutch system they sent me the 450 bracket. The 450 and the 400 brackets are different. The 450 bracket will bend the shaft. I would call magura and have them send you a new bracket. I think they said it was $10.
