it's leaking between the cylinder/ spacer plate gaskets? if so, you may wanna get new gaskets, clean all surfaces well and reinstall using some three bond sealant. after running it awhile go back and check the base nuts to make sure they're staying tight.

ok... I dont think the guy who put my motor together used any sealant on the gaskets

When I put my pro-x 310 on a few months back I used no sealant. I leakdown tested it right before startup and I had one very very small leak at the base, it still tested within specs, so I left it. I'll be using sealant from now on though.

Use OEM gaskets with no sealer..the aftermarket gaskets are ****ty compared to OEM.;)

So you trim all your OEM gaskets for your oversize cylinders?

The only ones you need to trim is a 330 or above, but either way the cases would machined so all you have to do is follow the machining with a razor.

Didn't know that, figured a stock gasket had to small of an OD to fit around the 310 sleeve.

For me sealant is for when you're in a pinch because you can't fix warped surfaces before you re-install. I say that because I've never had a problem with OEM or Cometic fiber base gaskets. If I run copper I do coat with some copper spray. Otherwise I've been ok.

By the way, you might want to do a leakdown test.
