what you need is a set of aftermarket hubs from Hardkor or lonestar.....and so on.They fit right onto your yamaha but have the honda pattern. If you are interested I have a set of Harkor hubs that you need for sale.If your interested,PM me and we can work something out

150 shipped. They have extended studs in them as well. Also comes with a set of spindle studs made by hardkor that are brand new. They go for I think 60 a piece or a set?
