I just put a curtis sparks exhaust system on my stock honda 450r (2005). I bought the kit that came with the airfilter and jet kit. I put a 185 main jet in, needle on 3rd clip, and the fuel screw is supposed to be 2 turns out but i dont know where the fuel screw is. I dont have a manual to look at. I thought it was that knob that adjust the idle but i dont think it is. I am at 1200 feet above sea level, do those settings sound correct?

i jus went through the same thing, the fuel screw is on the bottom left of the carb if your standing on the left side, to get to it i just loosened the boots to the airbox and cylinder and tilted the carb over to get to it

i think sparks calls for a 190 main, but that is using their needle. i would up your pilot to a 52 or so, and everything else is a good starting point. the air/fuel screw is on the bottom of the carb, like yamadog said, tilt your carb and its the brass screw i circled in the picture below.
