I am wanting to remove the light on my son's DRR but wanted something to cover up the hole. I've seen some trick looking aluminum inserts, some even have riders name or # cut into them. I was wondering if anyone knows who makes or sells them.
Thanks

I made brandons insert out of the front fenders after i trimmed them. if you use a dremmel and then clean it up with a razor blade for a tight fit. put 2 screws in it to hold it in place and seal it up with clear or colored caulk.. looks great when your done and stands up great to powerwashing...
the third quad in the picture has something that looks like a
quad tech product??

Maniac DRR is lookin good. :D
You can also use a mesh from local hardware and mould it over the head lamp then screw it into place.

a black mud flap from a truck stop for a semi comes in handy for #plates & the head light filler plate just mount with 2 screws, it cost about $10 & makes alot of plates.
Here is what Papa Pete hooked Harrison up with
