450r/400ex parts

I'm wondering which parts are interchangeable from the 450r to the 400ex. Personally I would like to know if an aftermarket steering stem for a 450 would fit a 400. It would also be nice to know for future knowledge, what else swaps over. Share your knowledge!!!
