Adjust Throtle Cable

I think i messed up the adjustment on the throttle cable going into the carb i started to unscrew the cable to take it off but i dont know how to get it back to where it was the bike wont stay running it is popping then reving real fast then it dies i would appreciate any help and i didnt play with the jetting or any thing else

well when ur throtel is wide open the bottom of the slid should be right at the top of the intake get it to that point then just play with your idel adjustment

When you connected the carb end of the throttle cable, did you put it in the top hole or bottom?

Also, did you unplug your tps or anything else?

i never connected or disconnected the cable i just started unscrewing the cable from the outside of the carb to take it off and relized i didn t have a clue to what i was doing so i tried to put it back like it was then it wouldnt stay running and kept popping so i brought it to the shop saturday thanks for trying to help. i think i will just stick to riding and let the mechanics work on the bike
