Help on a Piston

Ok i bought a 440 jug from a guy and he had gave me a piston with it, but i am not sure it the piston is anygood. So i posted a few pics of it. The first one is one side and the other is the other side. The top looks like it has not even been used. Any info would be great.

Need better pictures. If you didnt tell us, I wouldn't even know that was a piston.

All I can make out is some scuffing on the skirt below the wrist pin hole on the 1st pic....need better pics :o

the piston skirt and piston itself are fine, inside the bore for the wrist pin is where all the scratch marks are located.

in the second picture you can see the circlip & groove.

He's asking if that will hurt anything?
