What are Uni Air Vents?

I keep seeing mention of these things but I dunno what they are. Cant find a pic either

You know how you drill holes in your airbox lid to let more air in? Well with the Uni air Vents you drill 1 inch holes in you lid and than you snapp those suckers in to prevent doust and other paticles from coming in. I have them on my 300ex you dont really notice a difference but you know it cant hurt.There worth the 10 bux or whatever. Here is a picture of them if this helps.

Do u feel gain with the 1" drilled holes?

I have them and have noticed no power gains and I basically wasted my money on them.
