remove the air box lid, or get a powerlid kit.

i use the lidkit and it works pretty well.

You could put on a 450r carb, which does help a lot.

But other than that I think that's pretty much it without going into the engine. You could go one tooth lower on your front sprocket to make it pull a little harder, but you have a little less top end speed if you do that.

carb and different lid or no lid

either run no lid or put an outerwears over it, theres either a 450r carb or simply remove your choke plate, grind the welds on the inside of your stock headers if your using them. All of those are minimal gains but there is a gain.

With a dremel, or air grinder, or if you dont mind a little work, a file

if you want low end, swith to a 12 or 13 tooth sprocket, if you want top end, go with a 15 tooth...but you lose a gear with a 12t

A 12 or 13, are you kidding me. I have stock 15/38 and can nearly do a 3rd gear start, 2nd doesnt even bog the engine. I would beable to start in like 4th or 5th gear.

i have a monster coil. It gave mine a little better throttle response and a little better lowend power
