250x with 350x motor 4 sale - $1200

I have a 1980's 250x with a 350x motor. The quad was bought to rebuild for me with the help of a friend, who is no longer a friend.

Anyways, here are the details. I am just looking to get what I put into it.

250x we/ 350x motor
black plastics
I bought the following parts that have not yet been on the quad and will be included in the sale:
New front and rear brake calipers
New piston and rings
New Complete Gasket Set
New grab bar
Used master cylinder
Used Nerf bars
Dot 5.1 Brake fliud
1 gallon 10w 40 4 stroke oil
Manual for 350x

I have the receipts from Paypal/e-bay for the purchased parts.

I am just looking to get rid of this and move on.
$1200 is what I have invested, so that is what I want.
