Well my 400ex has a seized swingarm bolt. I have got the right side loose by cutting the bolt and i also cut the plate (where the bolt comes out at) that is welded to the tubing part of the frame.
I have no clue how to get the left side out. I cant get it between the motor and swingarm to cut it there and we didnt use the torch because of the rubber seal on the motor. Also these views are if you are looking at the back of the fourwheeler. I really would like to get this out myself instead of taking it to the shop but i have ran out of ideas. How would the shop get a seized bolt out? I will try to get pics today.

Holy crap! I know a frame can be fixed but why??? Next time, if a little sledge and a punch doesn't move it go down to the rental store, rent a demotition hammer and drive the bolt out.

I'm not worried about the frame because my brother is a very good welder he went to school for it and he does it every day. We also have a mig welder to use. Well see there isnt a place to rent stuff around here.

looks like part of your left crankcase is cracked or knicked up. But damn I hope everything turns out better than what your doing cuz that looks like a mess.

WOW.

to get mine out all i did was cut the bolt on both sides of the swingarm's pivot points with a grinder and then drilled the bolt out of the cases with a drill bit that left such a small amount of the bolt i just peeled it out with my fingers.
