My son has an '06 Unison DC90. I'm having problems with the ignition shutoff. It starts up and runs fine, but the keyed switch, the handle bar switch, and the tether switch will not shut it down. I have to pull the plug cap to get it to shut off. I've been through the wiring and checked all the connections. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks - Dave.

the diagram below is for a polaris, but is functionally the same as your machine. note that the kill circuit requires that the circuit be opened to shut it off. Apparently that circuit is grounded somewere near the cdi. i think you can disconnect that wire with its own connector at the cdi.
