since i got my shocks rebuilt i was thinking of running shock covers gtt recommends that i do but i have heard that when you run covers your shocks tend to fade faster because of heat build up. anyone have any input?

with my shock covers.. the paint on the springs tends to have some rub marks. that's all ive notice.

If your shock builder recomended you to run shock covers then they probably don't hurt your performance enough to notice.

my88r do you race the wnyoa series by chance? I will have to look around and see if i can find some descent looking covers
