how much can be bored from stock sleeve before need to be re-sleeved?
much of the brand does 96mm piston when stock bore in 04-05 if 94!
i found only one decent brand that does 95mm one! but compression ratio is not what i was looking for...
i was just wondering if 2mm overbore can be done to the stock sleeve?
thanks

None, if u bore the cylinder at all you need to get it replated with nikasil.

Theres tons of available 94mm pistons out there for the 04-05 bikes. From what I've seen there is more pistons out there for the older bikes then the 06+'s.
Any distributer for CP or JE should be able to get u any compression 94mm piston you want.
Boring and replating a stock 450r cylinder normally costs as much as a new cylinder.
