Here is a tip to help you take better pictures in general. It helped me a lot when I learned it. Google the "rule of thirds". It well help you as far as getting your subject away from the middle of the frame, which is unpleasing to the eye. Your pictures are good, and since you shot them at your house you have the opportunity to re shoot them after reading up on that rule. Do that and post some new ones back up.

The editing itself is decent. They would be more interesting if the subject wasn't in the middle of the frame every time though.
