price on 4 17" car wheels

Hey pappy,
I have a set of 4 17 inch 5 spoke car rims off a mini cooper i'd like done in super mirror gloss white.I already have 4 pounds of powder from columbia for them.Also they will be sandblasted already.The main thing I am concerned about is shipping the wheels from 17866.Just wondering what it would cost me to get em coated by you or if it would be a cheaper route to get em done locally,but not near as good.

shipping would be pretty pricey if they are steel, aluminum (a geuss) would be around $15 a rim

if they are ready to coat and you have the powder, I geuss i could shoot and cure them for $40 each
