This is my first time starting from scratch and I have learned so much along the way. I am already looking forward to the next build, because I will fix what I did wrong this time, but I am still proud of this one.
It is for my son Trenner Wile. We are racing GNCCs, so we actually narrowed it to 41"wide. Elkas are still to come, but I went ahead and powdercoated the shock springs orange for now.
He is only 9, been ridning for almost 4 years, he did awesome last year. He won his class in the local series , the Southern Ohio Cross COuntry Series, and took an overall against kids twice his age. Raced his first GNCC on a stock 07 drr90 in the mod class and got third. I figured it is time to make a better quad before Frames start snapping.

Just Thought I would share some of the things I have been doing with Trenners new DRX 90 Water cooled.
I disassembled the whole quad powder coated ever thing possible, gussetted them frame, new swngarm, XFR nerfs.
here are some pix;

Looking good. It's a little bright for me, but I see the KTM stuff in the background so I understand the color choice.:D

Thanks guys,
its been a slow going project. On e of those "in my free time" jobs. Thas are hard to come by item these days.

The colors were 100% rider selected. No matter how hard I tried, my son wouldn't budge on the colors. Figure he is the one that has to ride it anyways.
The plastic is black and I am getting a Humboldt Hills Racing graphics kit from brm.
